The following collectively written poem was penned by workshop participants as a form of feedback for our facilitators on the quality of the workshop Being an online workshop It was originally published in the chat function of Zoom and with permission we are now reprinting it here.
As a text it captures the energy and atmosphere we work to create within all our workshops’ It also contains deep insights into what we value most in all of our work. Empathy leading to connectivity.

Squares, colors, light
red icons
on, off
voices reverberating
hearing, listening
watching, seeing
splashing, swimming, diving
shards of light
piercing the depths
breath in, breath out
tentacles
moving, flowing
curling, unfurling
surrendering to the current
jet propulsing upstream
