The process we follow when working with leadership teams is three-part.

Who am I? What challenges have I faced in the past, and what choices have I made to solve them? I tell my personal story to understand what calls me to leadership and this cause, to better understand my values and how I think and work.

This is our Collective Story, known and hidden. 

Our purpose and our individual stories shape that. We weave our individual stories together around our shared values and our shared challenges and milestones walked so far. Our direction ahead and how we want to get there

How and why we will choose to act.

The 2 Day Retreat

This package is for institutions who prefer a traditional 2 day retreat format.


An entry-level package where we cover the basics to help you start to make a real change. This includes debriefing workshops and basic reporting and recommendations.

Engagement time: a 2 day workshop delivered in person

This is our online package. Which includes three 3 hour workshops del;ivered over a period of weeks and includes coaching in between sessions.

An incubator designed for scale. We work with up to 4 teams at a time. They can be from the same school or multiple schools.


This can be delivered over two days in person or it can be delivered online over a period of 4 to 6 weeks and include coaching in between sessions.
